Courses are available to all UT employees on a first-come, first-served basis. We publish class offerings twice a year. Course availability and schedules sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Course Locations

All EOD courses are now being offered online.

Some courses have fees to cover the cost of materials, speakers, facilities, or equipment. These fees are noted when participants register and will be charged directly to their departments through internal transfer after each course or event.

Cancellation Policy: 2 Weeks

Any cancellation must be made at least two weeks prior to a fee-based Employee & Organizational Development seminar or conference or the department will be charged the full registration fee. As an alternative, a substitution can be made. Please contact EOD for assistance with switching your registration to a substitute attendee.


Registered participants will receive a reminder email the week prior to the course for which they are registered. This reminder is a courtesy. Once you register, please consider yourself committed to the class and make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. We appreciate early notice if you will be unable to attend; this allows us to plan for accurate class size or to offer a spot to someone on the waiting list.

Waiting Lists

When registration for a course is full, a waiting list will be created automatically in the learning management system. Employees on the waiting list will automatically be enrolled in a course once a spot becomes available.  Once enrolled they will receive a registration email.
