Principal Alumni Officer
Job Summary
Functions as a senior member of an Advancement unit. Provides direction and guidance in the day-to-day involvement of major alumni initiatives and the university.
Job Functions
Develops and manages strategies for all aspects of alumni programs.
Serves as chief alumni officer and executive Vice President of the alumni board.
Plans, directs, and manages all administrative and financial operations.
Directs work for employees, volunteers, and students.
Manages, supervises and coordinates alumni programs.
Develops short and long-term goals and strategic planning.
Identifies leaders to increase alumni participation.
Develops programs and special events.
Initiates relationships between alumni and the university.
Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree and two-three years office experience.
