Management Specialist II
Performs specialized administrative duties in an area such as human resources, budgeting, or finance. Analyzes, reviews, and recommends solutions to complex problems. Develops and evaluates operating policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction to designated employees.
Performs generally semi-routine duties under established practices and policies and the direction of supervisor. Considerable judgment is required in the development of approaches and techniques for solving problems.
Makes decisions within the limits defined by policies and procedures. Adopts or modifies methods and standards to meet a variation in conditions.
May supervise designated personnel.
Performs other related duties.
Bachelor’s degree and six-seven years office experience; master’s degree and three-four years office experience.
