Job Summary

Coordinates and facilitates broad programs and/or activities with some defined authority and control over resources. Provide direction and guidance to designated personnel and may supervise others.

Job Functions

  • Performs generally semi-routine duties under established practices and policies and the direction of supervisor. Considerable judgment is required in the development of approaches and techniques for solving problems.
  • Makes decisions within the limits defined by policies and procedures set up by the department. Sometimes adopts or modifies methods and standards to meet a variation in controlling conditions. Refers unusual questions to supervisor.
  • May supervise designated personnel.
  • Performs other related duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and six-seven years office experience; master’s degree and three-four years office experience.
