Job Summary

Manages, coordinates, and supervises the activities of a program including budget management, planning, reporting, and staffing.

Job Functions

Performs generally semi-routine duties under established practices and policies and the direction of supervisor. Considerable judgment is required in the development of approaches and techniques for solving problems.

Makes decisions within the limits defined by policies and procedures set up by the department. Sometimes adopts or modifies methods and standards to meet a variation in controlling conditions. Refers unusual questions to supervisor.

Plans, directs, and manages programs approved by department head.

Consults with communication staff with concept and production of promotional materials.

Serves as liaison between the university, alumni and donors.

Makes budgeting judgments on programs.

Plans and implements events on and off campus.

Supervises designated personnel.

Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and six-seven years office experience.
