Administrative Support Coordinator
Job Summary
Supports daily departmental/unit operations through coordination and administration of activities including those pertaining to budget maintenance, supervision of support staff, and development of internal policies and procedures.
Job Functions
Performs generally semi-routine duties under established practices and policies and the direction of supervisor. Considerable judgment is required in the development of approaches and techniques for solving problems.
Makes decisions within the limits defined by policies and procedures set up by the department. Sometimes adopts or modifies methods and standards to meet a variation in controlling conditions. Refers unusual problems to supervisors.
May supervise designated personnel.
Performs other related duties.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or some college and specialized education with five-six years office experience; bachelor’s degree with three-four years office experience.
