One UT benefit that always receives rave reviews is the longevity pay. After 36 months of service, all regular employees working 82.05 percent time or more receive an annual check of $100 for each year of service up to $3,000 for a maximum of 30 years. For Hybrid employees (Employees hired after July 1, 2014), there will be a five percent deduction of this benefit that will go towards your retirement plan.
