The University’s objective is to provide employees with a total compensation package, comprised of both pay and benefits and to recognize and reward performance and productivity while maintaining a competitive market position and internal equity.
As a further demonstration of UT’s commitment to total compensation, the Compensation and Advisory Board was established in 2010 to evaluate and make recommendations for improving all aspects of compensation ranging from pay and benefits to policies and performance management.
