Leading at the Speed of Trust is offered specifically for UT employees who lead major program or project areas and supervise regular employees. Program content is geared toward those who influence the work of others and serve in a supervisory capacity or above.
Leading at the Speed of Trust includes powerful tools to help leaders improve trust—the trust people have in them and the trust among team members. Each participant receives:
- A guidebook.
- Tools on CD.
- A DVD with select videos from the course.
- Reference cards to help leaders navigate through trust issues.
- A Trust Quotient Assessment to measure how others perceive them.

If a registered participant cancels within 10 business days of the date of the conference or seminar, the department will be charged the full amount.
