The Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) Office welcomed Dylan Siebert as its new e-learning training coordinator in August 2019. Prior to his current role, Siebert held positions in training and development and learning management system administration in the consumer-packaged goods and healthcare industries. He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in economics from the University of Vermont. After graduation, as part of a fellowship program through the U.S. State Department, he spent a year in Leipzig, Germany, where he had the opportunity to volunteer his time helping refugees and the elderly.

In his new role, Siebert will provide EOD system administration for K@TE, including troubleshooting employee training issues, configuring campus learning administrator roles and supporting compliance training initiatives for employees system-wide to help maximize completion results and foster a positive user experience. Siebert also will serve as a consultant to departmental leaders across the UT System in the design, development, publishing, management and support of online training programs.
