Job Summary

Performs and may provide work direction to others engaged in highly specialized library tasks such as acquisitions, cataloging, and circulation.

Job Functions

  • Coordinates, supervises, and participates in the verification, location, and processing of interlibrary loan requests.
  • Coordinates and supervises the search and order placement process for monographs.
  • Makes work assignments and reviews the work of designated personnel; assists in the training of designated personnel; advises supervisor regarding specific personnel actions.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

High school degree and three-four years library experience. Two years experience equates to one year of post-high school education.
