Job Summary
Performs advanced administrative and/or clerical services; may supervise designated personnel and/or departmental operations.
Job Functions
Performs semi-routine or diversified tasks.
Makes decisions when general instructions, established methods, and clearly defined precedents indicate action to be taken.
Refers unusual problems to supervisors. Provides information and interprets policies and procedures. Issues instructions on behalf of executive.
Identifies potential fundraising prospects.
Researches and qualifies potential fundraising prospects for the University.
Initiates and composes correspondence; compiles data and prepares reports.
May lead designated personnel. Assigns and checks work, assists and instructs as required. Generally performs the same related work as those supervised.
Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
High school degree and four-five years office experience. Two years of experience equates to one year of post-high school education.
