Job Summary

Supervises and participates in administrative and/or clerical duties. Provides administrative support and/or clerical assistant to a department or unit.

Job Functions

Performs majority of generally semi-routine duties under the direction of supervisor and established practices and procedures.

Coordinates and implements office procedures.

Verifies, collects, and updates data; prepares reports.

Makes decisions within the limits defined by policies and procedures set up by the department. Refers unusual problems to supervisors.

Supervises designated personnel. Assigns and checks work. Performs the same or closely related work as those supervised.

Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma with specialized education and two-three years office experience.
