Administrative Supervisor IV
Job Summary
Supervises complex administrative/clerical duties; coordinates and oversees daily operation of a University department or unit.
Job Functions
- Performs majority of generally semi-routine duties under the direction of supervisor and established practices and procedures.
- Makes decisions within the limits defined by policies and procedures set up by the department. Sometimes adopts or modifies methods and standards to meet a variation in controlling conditions.
- Leads clerical group. Assigns and checks work. Performs the same or closely related work as those supervised. Supervises complex administrative and/or clerical duties, which is 75% of the time.
- Performs other related duties.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or some college and specialized training with five-six years office experience; bachelor’s degree and two-three years office experience.
