Administrative Specialist III
Job Summary
Performs complex administrative and/or clerical services; may supervise designated personnel and/or departmental operations.
Job Functions
- Works semi-routine tasks, requiring judgment to apply broader aspects of established practices and procedures to situations not falling clearly within the limitations of accepted practices.
- Adapts and modifies methods and standards to meet a variation in controlling conditions on occasion.
- May supervise designated personnel. If so, supervision takes up 25% of the time. Assists and checks work as required.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or some college and specialized education with four-five years office experience; bachelor’s degree and one-two years office experience.
