Administrative Specialist II
Job Summary
Performs advanced administrative and/or clerical services; may supervise designated personnel and/or departmental operations.
Job Functions
Performs semi-routine or diversified tasks.
Makes decisions when general instructions, established methods, and clearly defined precedents indicate action to be taken. Refer unusual problems to supervisors. Provides info and interprets policies and procedures. Issues instructions on behalf of executive.
Initiates and composes correspondence; compiles data and prepares reports.
May lead designated personnel. Assigns and checks work, assists and instructs as required. Generally performs the same related work as those supervised.
Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or some college and specialized education and three-four years office experience; bachelor’s degree with one-two years office experience.
