This online certificate program, with all-new OpenSesame content, provides an overview of Change Management functions, focusing on essential skills used by leaders, managers, and direct reports. Intended Audience

EOD certificate programs are offered only to UT employees.

This certificate program is designed to benefit various levels of employees and supervisors whose jobs include any level of change and change management. The online learning approach is suitable for those who have unpredictable work schedules or other time commitments that prevent them from attending in-person training.

How to Enroll in K@TE

Register for this certificate program HERE. Once you log in with your NetID and password:

  1. Click “Request.”
  2. Once you open the curriculum inside your transcript, you will see a list of the courses.
  3. You will need to click “Launch” in the drop-down menu to the right in order to start the first course.
  4. New courses will become available for you to launch as you complete previous courses in the curriculum.
