Benefits Advisory Group
UT’s Benefits Advisory Group reviews, analyzes and recommends changes to UT’s benefits program. The group also is charged with reviewing federal laws and state statute as well as conducting cost/benefit analyses for all recommended changes.

Benefits Market Assessment
UT’s Compensation Advisory Board facilitated a statewide market assessment in July 2011 to look at benefits such as health insurance, retirement, tuition assistance, time off and long-term disability for both staff and faculty. The results are being used to create a comprehensive, statewide compensation plan for the University.
